The Equestrian Realtor

Andrea Osmond
Broker
I grew up in the foothills outside of Denver, living the tranquil, spacious lifestyle Colorado offers. My parents' dream was to raise me with horses, since both of them grew up riding — and I fell in love with dressage to the point of an ongoing competitive show career (USDF & WDAA) and a career as a professional trainer.
I was first licensed in real estate in 2008, when I was just 19 years old — I put myself through college selling homes right through the 2008 real estate crash. That experience shaped how I work today. I've seen the market at its worst and at its wildest, from the depths of a crash to the frenzy of a red-hot seller's market, and I bring that perspective to every client across the Denver metro, whether we're navigating a slow market or a fast one.
As a full-time Realtor, I use my degrees in communication and marketing from the University of Colorado to guide, educate, and negotiate for my clients — never to pressure them. My years as a riding coach have come in handy more than I expected; clients often tell me I have a "calming nature" and "teacher vibes," which helps them stay grounded and make confident, educated decisions instead of rushed ones. I strive to exceed expectations in marketing, technology, and organization, and as a team lead for the CoCo Collective at Compass, I bring that same standard to the agents I work alongside — including mentoring newer agents on the team as they build their own successful careers in real estate.
Though I work with residential properties throughout the Denver metro, I'm an expert in Colorado horse properties, equestrian boarding facilities, and mountain luxury homes across Jefferson, Boulder, Douglas, Park, Clear Creek, Weld, Adams, Arapahoe, and Elbert Counties. I love collaborating with clients on the details — whether that's picking out a dream horse property or talking through a boarding facility business venture — and I've worked with buyers and sellers at every level, adjusting to each person's needs so the process feels less stressful and more enjoyable.
At the end of the day, this business is a partnership. I coach, I communicate, and I show up — because I genuinely love what I do, I love my clients, and I'm proud of every successful transaction I help create.
When I'm not touring homes with clients or sharing my newest listing on social media, you'll find me at the barn with my horses, Cheyenne and Hefner, or outdoors with my family — hiking, camping, skiing, and fishing.
I'd be honored to help you with your real estate dreams — let's talk.

Meet The Team
The CoCo Collective
Real estate is a team sport, and I'm proud to lead the CoCo Collective, a group of licensed brokers with all kinds of experience and expertise, working together toward one shared goal: getting our clients the best possible outcome, no matter which of us they end up working with. We're not a bunch of agents quietly competing for the same leads. We're a power team that genuinely supports each other's businesses, sharing knowledge, covering for one another when life happens, and bringing in the right specialist for the right property, whether that's a horse property, a luxury mountain home, or someone's very first starter home. Work with the CoCo Collective and you're not just getting one agent, you're getting the backing of a whole team invested in getting it right.
